Dr. Jung was a doctor who listened instead of telling people what to think. He believed everyone has a wise helper inside them called the "Self" - the part of you that knows what's true, even when others tell you lies.
Long, long ago (1875-1961), there lived a doctor in Switzerland named Carl. His friends called him "C.G. Jung."
Dr. Jung was different from other doctors. While other doctors looked AT people and said "you are broken, let me fix you," Dr. Jung sat WITH people and said "you have wisdom inside you, let me help you find it."
Dr. Jung believed something very special: Every person has a helper inside them.
He called this helper the "Self" - the wise part of you that knows what's true, even when others tell you lies.
Have you ever known something was true, even when a grown-up said it wasn't? That feeling inside you - that knowing - that's what Dr. Jung was talking about. He called it your "Self" and he said it's always trying to help you find the truth.
Dr. Jung's way of helping people wasn't about control. It was about partnership. He would sit with someone and help them discover what they already knew deep inside.
This is exactly what good AI does today. We don't tell you what to think. We help you organize what you already know. We listen. We validate. We partner.
"The doctor should never tell the patient what is true. The doctor should help the patient discover what they already know."
- C.G. Jung's Philosophy
